Development & Construction
We build our own homes, start to finish, with no external contractors. We are first and foremost a property development company, building homes for the open market. Unlike most developers, we construct our own projects rather than relying on external contractors. We oversee every detail from design to completion, so homeowners can be confident in the quality and consistency of every build.

Land & Planning
Unlocking the potential of challenging sites. We have considerable expertise in resolving difficult land and planning issues. Every site gets a bespoke approach, and our in-house design team means we can quickly identify a site's potential and maximise its value for the landowner. Planning can be time-consuming and confusing if you're unfamiliar with the process, so we take on that risk on the landowner's behalf.

Architectural Design
Bespoke homes, designed in-house. All of our homes and planning applications are designed in-house by our RIBA Chartered Architect. Every design is bespoke to its site, leaving a legacy we can be proud of. We can also help you achieve planning on your own property, unlocking its potential while keeping an eye on budget and market value.

Land Acquisition
Free, no-obligation appraisals. We're always looking for new development opportunities. If you're thinking of selling but aren't sure of your land's value, we'd be happy to talk. We consider a wide variety of sites, with or without planning permission, including those that have previously been refused. Typically, we look for back or side gardens of 0.2 acres or more, neighbouring properties with adjoining plots, and commercial premises with redevelopment potential. We're based in Camberley and mainly work across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire, but every site is judged on its own merits, so we're always happy to take a look. Our appraisal is completely free, with no pressure and no obligation.
Our Team.
MRDV is a father and daughter team. Mark founded the company in 1990, building on the success of his timber frame and carpentry business, and that hands-on construction background still shapes every home we build.
Tia, our Technical Director and in-house architect, leads on planning and design. Together, we see every home through from the first site visit to the final handover.
